    morning all
    customer has just rung to say that if she just uses the top oven part of her oven she cant control the temperature ( single cavity but two different temps ) seems a load of rubbish to me hasb anyone got any info that I could read.Ithink I am going to regret getting looking at this!

    have found service info if you want

    2 separate ntc’s one for top one for bottom. both the same resistance to temp so before you get it hot measure them

    Thanks Dave But I think I have sorted it. It should be compulsory for the customer to read the instructions. I reset everything I think she had it on auto seems to be ok now only time will tell

    about time they had to sit an exam otherwise they lose the appliance. how many times have you gone to an appliance to find a filter blocked or something equally as silly. still we get paid for it and go home with a smile on our faces lol
