    Hi, I have got a Miele W5872 which is constantly pumping even when filling. Is it the PCB? There’s no water in the base and everything else seems ok.

    most things like this on Miele are controlled by relays so it may have stuck

    Thanks Dave, they were desperate to get it done so I recommended a Miele specialist as I didn’t want to risk ordering a PCB

    all you have to do is remove the pcb and check relays for short circuit. can imagine the price of a board against a £5 relay. would not like their bill
