This washer powers up and starts off well, fills then rotates and heat. About 10 minutes later, it shuts down and the display panel went dark. turned the knob to off position and pulled plug off for few moments then replug and did not power up. Left it for few minutes and replug in the socket, turned the program knob and it powered up then picked up where it left behind. Same thing happening again after few minutes later, repeat same process over and over.
I couldn’t work out what’s seem to be causing the problem. My suspicion is the power board. The motor have been cleaned out, drain pump checked out, door lock checked out, not tested the heater with multimeter but it did heat up during the wash cycle as the water was warm.
Any ideas?
it does sound like the control module at fault but Siemans shows them costing £260 and they have no stock
the board may be able to be repaired as from your description it does have the sound of a power supply fault within the board
