During a program the machine will switch off. It stops the program and the screen goes blank. No lights on.
If you switch it off at the wall socket and leave it for 5 or 10 minutes then switch it on it will continue the program.
This is the fault our customer has reported. When we called out the washing machine worked perfectly.
The wall socket checked out OK.
Anyone had this fault?well is got to be a main board fault and possibly the board power supply so board may be repairable
I know you checked the socket but the fault from what I can see did not happen for you so tell the customer to have a short extension lead ready an when it goes off swop sockets just as a double check
