ParticipantHi all
Does anyone know what 15 flashes of the start pause light means on this dryer please?
I have just received the call but can’t see the code here on the forum and connect don’t have the service manual but I would like to go armed with the information if possible.
Thank you
Jem

ParticipantThank you both – I will find out the truth when I go to see it on Wednesday – Apparently he had put it on “Just Ask” and they have said that it is a faulty board (believe what you will – I suspect otherwise).

Moderatorit is an odd error
you have got 15 flashes which is hexadecimal Ebut nearest fault is as Baron says is EF6 which should be 16 flashes so a bit confusing.
am hoping with info you can put in service mode and see what happens

ParticipantJust to finish this one off, the customer had been trying to put it into diagnostic mode but instead of going to the error code section they were counting the number of flashing lights (15) not the error code.
When I checked this unit I found that the actual code was E63 (Heater Failure) and that the one shot on the heater was open circuit.

ParticipantCan I ask for help on this tumble dryer? Randomised fault… sometimes it starts and others won’t and it flashes red three times it beeped between two flashes then 20 flashes and it looped.
