    I don’t normally get involved in refrigeration but been asked by a letting agent that passes me a lot of work
    The freezer is fine (Showing -18) but the fridge is showing between 14 and 10 degrees.
    Not been to this yet but would like to be a little prepared.
    Is there a fan in the fridge that maybe isn’t working ?

    before you go suggest to the client to do a total defrost. turn off, all doors open for 2 days

    the fridges on these rely on air flow and if any of the channels are iced it wont work

    if you do a defrost and it only works for a while then at least you know you are looking at a defrosting problem
