think you may have mistyped the model as I cant find it

I would recheck the new heater first to check its not blown

    which could be 2 things

1 the heater has blown again ( we have to find out why)

2 the timer is not turning it on

    3 broken wire

we have to eliminate the heater first so you would need to measure its resistance from the terminals

What could be a reason for heater blowing up, and how to check it.
    Thank you

you need a multimeter on the ohms scale and you would expect a reading under 100 ohms if its ok. take the wires off the heater and measure between the terminals
if its blown then its either
    A fault which is rare
B the heater is coming on with no water in it which is a timer problem
