    hi. can anyone help with an error code and possible fix . I have a hotpoint TDWSF83BEP(UK) tumble dryer in for repair. It looks like a newer whirlpool one. it has service number 859991002020. the fault is it is flashing F07 error in display as soon as a program is selected turning the dial. I have checked the belt and looked for a belt sensor and a magnet on the machine which it says to check for F07. Has anyone had this fault before or can point me in the right direction.

    try a reset

    from memory

    dial to 6 o clock
    push start 3 times
    dial to 7 o clock
    push 3 times again

    thanks. the reset worked a treat. the machine seems to be running fine now.
