Can anybody advise me on how to change the front seal of a Zanussi TD520 Tumble Dryer?
Is this a straightforward job or really tricky?
Do I need to change the drum seal at the same time?

I guess you mean the felt seal around the front end of the drum? If so they are fairly easy to do for a compentant engineer. It involves taking the rear cabinet half off etc etc.

Yes it’s the felt seal around the front of the drum that needs replacing.
The top lid of the tumble dryer and the bottom both come off but not the back. Any idea how I remove the drum to change the seal?

Yes indeed aarnold, but sadly for legal reasons cannot elaborate further. As I am an engineer qualified to do such a repair and with great respect, cannot make the same assumption as to your capabilities. Needless to say, I did give you some clues as to how to access your machine.
