Bush dishwasher

hi, I wet to repair a DWFS147SS dishwasher last week with an E3 error. it also stops with water in the bottom. as far as i could tell E3 may be a heating time out problem? i checked the heater and PCB for any dry joints. i ran the dishwasher through a program and no fault appeared. customer is still saying it will sometimes complete a program but most times flash E3 error and beep 10 times and it has not drained out the water, but it drains fine when it has been set onto another program when it starts. anyone have any ideas? we can’t even seem to find any parts listed for this model anywhere.
