    Hi
    Rangemaster f/f compressor not starting, 240 v to compressor inverter but can anyone tell me reading to expect coming to compressor the direct current ?
    It reads 2.5 but i think it should be more.

    2.5 what ? volts I assume.
    its an invertor which means it should be a variable frequency 3 phase supply to the compressor

    yes the control voltage from motherboard DC
