Machine fills, empties but drum doesn’t move. Belt is intact and tight and drum works when belt turned. Is there a fuse for the motor or is it liable to be motor failure ?
I would check the brushes on the motor
manual list these as correct ones

but you would need to double check the pictures look correct before ordering
