    Can anyone advise is this is fixable? The machine has stopped working entirely and its only a couple of years old. Cost of repair vs replacement? thoughts welcome. thanks

    a model and serial number would help in looking up the problem

    A proper model NUMBER, not name is what we need to go any further.;)
