Ok here goes I have just been to this m/c because it wouldn`t open the door got door open now it only shows 1-48 and 4kg on the display and the key symbol,on any program selected. thought they might have it on child lock but no .Is there away you can reset the board.Or is child lock on and I cant turn it off its in a home for adults with a disability.So they could have pushed any combination of buttons.
you can try a few things
there are various resets for bosch do a search you should find them
also check
coil / solenoid continuity on door lock (had a few coils go open circuit. normally a strip lock and solder wire)
continuity of wiring harness from board to lock ( not had this myself but some engineers report problems with the wiring harness)Dave
