    I need to fit new top oven thermostat..the stat is held in by 2 screws protruding from the switch bank housing..I am unable to remove the housing from facia..as there’re no obvious screws..lugs that I can see…any advice would be welcome.. cheers John

    can you get at the screws after taking the knob off ?

    would need some pic of the problem. parts diags do not show enough info to make any kind of decision

    HI Dave, I have removed the knobs, no sigh of any screws..if I take a picture it would not show any more than the diagram Neff show on there site..cheers John

    had these sort of problems

    when you find out how it will be so easy you will wonder why you did not sus it fist time lol
