Thermal Safety Switch on Scholtes FH 86 Oven?

My Scholtes FH 86 Oven keeps on cutting out – the front panel and everything goes dead (apart from the oven light, which can still be switched on/off) – and then an hour or so later it comes back to life and I have to reset the clock. I think it is a ‘tired’ thermal cut-out/safety switch? Would welcome any other suggestions and, critically, where I can obtain scholtes spares. Many thanks in advance.
