As soon as heater came on all lights flashed. Found heater going to earth so replaced heater. Now no power getting to heater. Customer tried and found all lights came up again and not finished cycle. Change to spin and it discharges and spins.
MikeHave you put the DVM on the element to see if its getting power to it. If you put it on the quick wash it should start to heat in a few minutes.
If its not getting power to the heater and the heater meters out ok its likely the heater relay on the main module has failed.
You will need the numbers on the module and inside the door when you call EMW.
Also meter out dry element.
