Hi Guys,
called to a Zanussi ZDT21001FA 91153913503 to investigate no heat. Checked element no heat but then connected to cables and no 240v supply.
Does the PCB lock out if no resistance found or could I have a faulty PCB too?
Any help much appreciated

Geoffshort answer yes if you connect a valve coil across the wires it will then energise it
heater is available as a separate part but I think there are 3 of them so make sure you order the correct one
I have posted that info before if you dig around the forums
