    We bought a Samsung NV75J3140BS oven in 2016 and have had no main issues since. However, we now seem to have a recurring problem of the oven bulb glass cover breaking/cracking and falling down in pieces. The bulb appears to light up when on and goes off when oven not on…..so am assuming the wiring to it is OK.

    We seem to be unable to buy original Samsung spares, so have bought generic ones…….but currently they seem to last 1-3 months before cracking/breaking happens.

    The oven appears to be cooking at the correct temperature as food is taking the time we would expect to cook a particular item or meal.

    ……………………….or do we just forget the issue and leave bulb out and cover off?
