    I have a problem with the above item that I have had for around two years.
    It will fill as normal but will the freeze and not wash.
    I have checked for any blockages and have found none at all.
    With a litle experimentation I have found that if I open the door very slightly (not latched closed) it will continue the cycle sometimes.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Possibly door microswitch on the way out – fiddling can sometimes trip them into life. 50253835-00/8 is the part number, about £3 – spares@ukwhitegoods.com will get one organised for you.

    Power off if you’re going to investigate this yourself…….

    Sorry to be a pain but how would I go about changing the switch and where on the washer would I find it?

    You will of course need a meter to confirm the switch is faulty…it is to be found in the door.
    Beware!…there are some razor sharp edges to be found if you start dismantling…and you must unplug the appliance before doing anything.
