I attended this dishwasher a month ago, admittedly that I have no knowledge of this dishwasher other than that being very difficult to work on. The OC error code is not what appeared to be, instead it was a case of the waterwall bar not resetting itself. Well that what it looked like then, I am unsure how to resolve this.
Due to my inexperience on the dishwasher, I don’t know how it is meant to behave. According to the customer that if you open the door, the bar should have retracted back to the rear of the dishwasher which it didn’t when I was there. It does appear that a motor of some sort is not working well and I don’t know what is the best approach to this. I left it so long that I have forgotten about it until a customer reminded me so here I am asking for help…
