    Machine not spinning.. drains and sits distributing and doing the small spins on 11 mins to go but does not advance onto full spin. No error codes shown and not sure how to access service mode on this one? any ideas?

    Have you got the full PNC number, also does it have a control knob or is it all button controlled?

    Thanks for the reply.. PNC is 914910415-02 and It is button controlled

    thanks for the swift reply.. I hope “sidekick” is not referring to my friend when I was a young lad? as he now lives in America 🙂
