    Hi all, just come back from a 3 week break and the heater has blown:o. Model number W3240, Type-HW07-1, Nr 40/69392279 and the MNR 06695560. I need a price and delivery date as her indoors is not a happy bunny with all the washing she has to do:).

    Thanks for that Don, I thought a UKW member may have dealings with Miele. I will give Connect a ring.

    We could not get through to Connect, so we have gone direct to Miele, a two to three day wait though, I shall be patient, I shall be patient,
