Hi,
Owner heard a “pop” or two. Machine then stopped fiull of water.
This washer dryer has an E04 fault code. Door locks, then nothing, after a while E04.
This appliance is a nightmare to get out all the way (i did bruses a year ago). Managed to get some accessto the top today. Checked the NTC on the dryer side.around 9k cold and went down very slowly to around 2k in hot water.
On spin programme, the motor will turn slightly then E04.

Going back in a day or so. I’ll get it out completely and check water heater NTC and look at the power board and any wiring I can get at.
Insulation all seems okay.Anyone with any tips or ideas, it would be appreciated.
