Hoover VisionHD Condenser Dryer – Filter Care light and not spinning

Hi all, hoping for some advice on a Hoover VisionHD Condenser, filter care light issue…

I did comment on the following thread but no response so not sure if still active:

I have had the same issue as the thread above whereby the filter care light was lit but would spin for a short time if the drum was given a little push.
I have replaced the capacitor with a new 8uf version but still have the same issue, only now it doesn’t spin after giving a push.
Pretty sure I have reapplied the belt correctly to the drum etc. but nothing.
Have I done something wrong or could it be something else?

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.
