Lamona HJA8511 – Soap Drawer Leak

This machine has got an intermittent problem that I have yet to see in person (even after watching through a couple of washes) but have been sent a couple of videos of it happening.
It appears that during the fill stage (doesn’t seem to matter which one) the machine will occasionally leak out of the front, this is not from between the soap drawer and control panel but rather from between the control panel and machine front (left hand corner). The customer does not and never has used the soap drawer for detergent, the pipe from the dispenser housing to the drum is not blocked or twisted and I can find no physical damage. I have also checked that the machine is level and without any electrical insulation faults, that it knows its water level and that it is not backing up in the dispenser housing. The videos that I have been sent show that when it does it it is a small trickle of water that comes out (enough to soak a tea towel).
Is there any known issues with these machines? I have also another customer with a Blomberg WMI7462W20 that is doing the same thing.
