    I went to this machine today..fiiled it with water and tested the drain and pump..ok…then ran it through its own diagnostics test program..Ok
    received a call later they set a wash cycle going it appears it washed the clothes but when it went into the rinse cycle the rinse hold light came on and the service light..
    any ideas as to the fault would be welcome..John

    not sure if you have access to faults codes etc but fault codes are in patterns and I don’t know where the lights you say are coming on

    there are 2 with same model but different 12 nc number

    have sent you one of them

    no but the pattern of lights give you a fault code
