    I have had an account with ASWO for a little while but actually used them yet
    Are they any good ? as I am getting a bit fed up with the other main suppliers at the moment.
    HT Maddocks I find are pretty good, but the other two just don’t seem to care much

    Yes, they are we use ASWO a lot.

    Use Aswo to Ireland.Next day delivery from Paris. Good cust service so far.

    They are one of my main suppliers now. I find pricing keen on some parts, expensive on others. They’re not so good on some brands (eg Hotpoint), but for other brands, I’ve found quite a few parts on stock available on special order only from UK distributors. DHL next day delivery service from Paris has been 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} reliable. I am not sure what their order cut-off time is, but I have ordered up to 4pm UK time with no problem for next day delivery. The only issues I have had are with parts relayed across to Paris from elsewhere in Europe, where I take the 48 delivery estimate with a pinch of salt. However, if you order a mix of “24h” and “48h” parts, you get two deliveries at no extra cost. Customer service (by email) has been brilliant, eg refunded but told to keep the part when one small item I ordered on 48h stock was delayed by several days due to a German bank holiday.
