I have a AEG LAVATHERM T75380AH2 tumble dryer which is showing Err and not starting. The reported error code is E63. I have left the machine switched off at the power supply for five minutes and then switched it on again as I read this would reset the machine, however the result has been the same each time I have done this. When I try to start any cycle or timed drying I get the Err message and pressing START & DELAY displays the E63 code. Is there anything else I should try or is this a case for a service call / engineer to deal with?
(sorry if this has been covered before, I have searched but couldn’t get any relative results, lots about Mercedes-Benz cars though!)
your dryer is noe of the more energy efficient models that uses refrigeration technology. As part of this system there is a compressor
E63 is a compressor alarm. means for some reason its not running
think you may need professional help
