    Pump not working..on testing there is no negative feed to pump..would this be direct feed from PCB !! or any sensors in line…John

    Just update.. The original fault was E60 and lights flashing….I traced the fault to the heater TOC was open circuit..although the element coils were ok..I fitted a new heater…..customer reported after about 30 mins the same fault occurred..I checked the heater was ok…tested the pump..as above…but E60 relates to heater and circulation problem…John

    both pump connection go back to connector j12 on the board

    also some units don’t operate pump till water is detected in the sump so it you tried it almost dry it may not work

    just realised I still have your email so sent you a pile of reading
