I’ve had my Hotpoint FDFEX11011P apart to fix the blackend connector issue I posted about. On restarting the machine on 30 min cycle to test, it fills with water for about 2 mins then pumps out all the water and stops with F05 error. I’ve looked around the forum’s page on Hotpoint errors, but can’t find this one. Other sites mention blocked filters and pressure sensors. The pump is draining fine. Looking for inspiration here again!
The hotpoint website error codes do not list F05, but lists many others. After a process of elimination, I followed the pressure switch line of inquiry. I blew down the pipe linked to the pressure switch and my error code is gone. Dishwasher back in service.
