    Good afternoon all,

    I have recently purchased a second-hand SMEG A2-2DA range cooker and have one burner that is not working. The installation engineer has tried to get the spare part but to no avail. Can anyone here help?

    Part number is 688971570 or 688971869.

    Any help gratefully received!

    688971570 and 688971869 are both obsolete.

    Neither is used in that model but the model’s not quite right.

    What is it that’s needed and can you check the model but if it is a gas pipe and the cooker is from 1998 or before it is likely to be obsolete.

    Hi K, it is a second hand cooker and we have had trouble identifying the model as the info panels we were told would be at the back or in the pan tray don’t seem to be there. I am struggling to attach photos but the plate I have found says SMEG A2 type 2DA. I will sort the photos out and post them as soon as possible.
