    Yes just noticed in the very long number below the bar code there are two 00 following that number, email martinappliancecare@gmail.com

    Thanks Dave you are a star, checked diagnostic earlier from what I could remember and got E54 if I counted correctly, not heating.

    e54 seems to be motor relay problems

    Would that cause it not to heat though? clamped the heater no voltage down to heater and not drawing amps.

    if the fault occurs before the heating phase then I assume its programme abort

    apart from that no reason why it should have any effect on the heater

    It heats better when not on the economy setting.
