    Hello, a chap has just enquired about a Smeg oven SFP6104TVN. With error 8. The oven will not start but I believe the error code indicates there’s a problem with the cooling fan. Anyone come across this before on one of these. Many thanks.

    found another post that said the same thing about the fan
    said he replaced resistor and it cured it

    Thanks for the heads up. Looks like it’s under guarantee still but he said he would let me know how he gets on. Thanks again.
