    first one I have done of these

    same power supply chip in a much smaller package. This thing has got around 300v across it.

    good news board seem to be ok but will know for sure when I put it back

    Hope the repair went okay Dave.

    So many different buck chips now it’s hard to keep up.

    I can’t read the chip number on the photo, what is it and what does the board fit?

    chip is LNK305DN

    machine is a Logic auto washer

    board went back in tonight so far works ok. ran through a rinse and spin no probs

    Gawd I wish my eyes would let me still do that stuff. Last repair I did on a pcb I needed two pairs of me
    strong specs on 🙁
