that warning is to do with filling

check tap it on, check for kinks in hoses, make sure its on the cold water main and not a tank

do you have adequate water pressure ?

As Dave says check the water flow, sometimes the plastic taps jam and the plastic bit turns but the tap is not opened correctly. Take the pipe off the back of the machine and put the end into a bucket then turn on tap to see what the outflow is like.

Hi John. Don’t suppose it was a NSWR 963C was it? I have similar flashing H20 occasionally although waterpressure high. Only just joined forum as I have other problems, like times on washes which are already very long increasing several times during wash and also having to do an extra spin as despite 1600 rpm washing is still more than damp. D you have similar problems?

have you checked the pump as not draining properly will cause longer programmes and difficulty spinning
