I have recently moved into a house with the above washer dryer in situ. I usually wash on the easy care
40 degrees setting but the spin speed auto allotted to this wash leaves the washing just too wet to dry indoors at this time of year. There does not seem to be a facility to select a faster spin speed without stopping the machine then selecting the faster spin which does sometimes work, sometimes beeps an error message or at the end of the cycle I have to take the bottom foot plate off and release the door by pulling the red emergency tape. I don’t want to have to continue doing any of those things as I suspect it could damage the machine. Has anyone else had this problem or if any professionals are reading this is there a better/safer workaround to have a faster spin speed. Thanks in advance.
easy care programmes are meant for delicate fabrics that would be damaged on a fast spin
the fastest spins can only be aceesed on the cotton programmes
also with the other issue, have you checked the drain filter as if its blocked it will affect the ability of the machine to spin
