Customer rang about problem on Neff washing machine said model number is W48380x1gb/01 But I can’t find model said it is 17 years old . Problem is if she picks a 30 40 or 60 degree wash display shows 107 minutes for all three washes and doesn’t change it does complete the wash . It she puts on a spin or a rinse also does these functions so it’s selecting different functions . Her main concern is not knowing what temperature it’s washing at .she reckons a 60 wash usually took 62 minutes . Anyone have any ideas what the fault might be . Thanks Darren
