    Hi my gas hob need two thermo couple. when I press the knob the flame does not stay.
    gaggenau does not repair old models. do you know anyone who can repair this?

    Hi susanne

    I have had a look on Gaggenau parts and like I thought they are obsolete even a Google does not turn anything up. From my info the hob is approx 25 years old and I suspect if a Gas Safe engineer did visit he would probably condemn it anyway.

    I think it’s time for a new hob 😉 and as such would still need to be fitted by a Gas Safe engineer.
