    Hi. Our washer dryer was out of warranty in November, and it’s developed a fault where it’s not drying anymore. It began with the dryer program completing but the clothes still warm and wet in the dryer, now it’s not getting warm.

    I tried resetting the thermal cutout, but it just trips off again a few minutes into the cycle. I measured the temp at around 65 degrees on the top of the metal duct where the heater is before it cut out The fan is spinning freely.

    I know sometimes on other models the condenser pipe can get blocked up with gunk, but I can’t see such a pipe on this machine. It looks like it’s all integrated into the outer part of the drum.

    Any experience of sorting this out?

    The condenser is probably blocked you have to remove the heater box and at the back of the machine you will see all the fluff remove as much as you can reset the stats and dryer will be back to normal please make sure you unplug before carrying out any work
