Just moved into a new house which had integrated appliances. They had been left unused for 6 months. The washing machine will go into cycle but then hum/buzz. No water is going in. The valve is on and when disconnected the cold water feed hose and turn valve on there is water. Cleaned the filter and the waste hose but still nothing. There are no error codes at all it just countdowns the time but no water. It spins fine and when you go to empty you can hear the bubble noise via the sink next to it. Any ideas before I just buy a new one.
It may well just be a dodgy water valve, though I’d expect it to error rather than continue but stranger things I guess. The valve used in it is this one:
