    Hi
    anyone know how remove the filter on the above model. I think part of it has broken off. So the black turning handle is seperate to the white plastic filter which is now stuck in the washer. I would put photos on but keep getting an error message.

    Sometimes the filter handle comes off if the the filter is jammed in the housing.

    Remove the pump from the machine then strip it down to see what has jammed the filter and see if anything is broken.
