ParticipantHi I have a Zanussi ZDC8202P (91609737900) which is not drying for the owner, she finds the washing cold and wet and the filter damp.
When I set it to a timed cycle it heats. I have checked the airways. The TOC has been drilled to allow it to be reset on a previous repair a year ago. Has anyone got some pointers please and a service manual?

ModeratorSend me your email address via PM and I will see what I can find.
If you have a gmail address that would be best.

ParticipantThanks again Jim. This hasn’t got a display. I have put it into test mode and got a fault code but unfortunately I can’t find an explanation of 11 red flashes and 14 yellow. I have looked really closely at the PDF but I can’t see information on how to work out the fault code if it’s over 10 flashes. Can anyone help?

ModeratorIt really is a nightmare with Lux stuff, it looks as though the answer is on page 61 of that manual but I’m damned if I can work it out from that? There are a couple of other ‘service manuals’ for that model I will have a quick look at those as well. Does yours have any other model names on the front?

ModeratorReading the other diagnostics manual doesn’t show anything different. Are any of the status lights flashing at the same time as the Start/Pause button?
There are 10 separate diagnostics tests, did you run each one?March 2, 2020 at 7:42 pm #466712electrofix
Moderatorcant see that alarm code being correct
if i am reading it correct thats
red 11 flashes thats hexidecimal B
yellow 14 flashes thats hexidecimal Efault EBE is LIne safe alarm and since this stop execution no programme would run

ParticipantThanks for getting back to me. Yes I did all the tests but got that code off before so it didn’t get replaced by E32. It was just the start light flashing. I will go back and try again and see if I get a different one

ParticipantYou will always get e32 during diagnostics as this just shows there is no circuit between paddle sensors( which will be the case unless there is wet washing in or you have manually bridged them out. It will either be an ntc or pcb issue.
