    Hi everyone, first time posting on this forum.

    I was cleaning my Ikea Whirlpool FCEM6 today and this bit fell out:

    Does anyone know what it is? Is it important and can I still use the oven without it?

    i dont recognise it but by the looks of the holes in it there should be appropriate sharp parts that match the hole in it

    It looks like it might be the clip for holding the Thermostat in the oven.
    Check to see the thermostat is attached in the oven.
    The clip also looks like it may have a piece broken off.
    It would need the product code number to check.
