    Hello you lot,

    I have a question for you regarding a Samsung Ecobubble washing machine…

    Here is a video, https://youtu.be/GsM7wThUdX4 as you can see it has started making a noise that only starts about 10 minutes into the wash and only on the daily wash setting.
    Samsung said they have never heard any machine make this noise before, it’s about a month old.

    Have any of you got any ideas what this is?
    The pump has been checked and it isn’t that. I should point out that the machine still appears to wash and function normally but the noise is very annoying.

    Any ideas you lot have would be very helpfull indeed,

    at a month old i would approach the retailer and push to get it sorted or swopped

    Hello Dave,

    That’s what they’re doing but they have looked at it and said they have never seen this issue before.
    Just wondering if anyone on here has?

    its an odd noise and not one i have heard. difficult to diagnose unless you are standing nex to the machine as then you can figure out where in the machine its coming from

    A water circulating pump problem at 50 mins remaining Something caught in the circulating pump. Via video the noise continues when the drum has stopped tumbling the only possible thing that could be moving and a grooving is the circ pump.
