Looks like a rebadged Beko…have replaced dispenser body and drawer but still leaks water (less often than before but still the same) its often foam along with the water on the floor also sound insulation inside cabinet wet too. only ever seen a video of the end result as I haven’t been able to recreate the same effect

Customer is using to much detergent especially if they use liquid on a hot wash the excess detergent will be pushed back up powder draw as the way the machine spins have seen it happen would advise 1/2 the amount they are using as the load and amount of detergent have big effects on the new machines powder is stronger and machines are more efficient at washing kai.

I have noticed excess foam in my own new Bosch w/m so have cut down on detergent…my customer is using one fairy pod. Have you noticed the design of the tub and the dispenser tub fill hose? The fill hose is attached to the side of the tub and when looking down the fill hose from above there is clear line of sight to the drum. almost an unrestricted path for water foam to be thrown straight up into the dispenser body.

I would have replaced the dispenser lid rather than the dispenser body and drawer, sometimes the jets can get blocked and spray water in the incorrect direction.
Also worth switching water pressure down to a trickle and raising feet at front (may not be possible with integrated appliance).

Failing that I would suspect over-soaping

Bo, the dispenser body comes complete with the lid….don’t alter anything learned this trick from my Hoover Newwave/Classica days remove the eco ball that has stopped the foaming dispenser leak…removed it last Friday and it has not leaked since. Customer using liquid pods so the eco ball not doing much in regards to helping with detergent loss and it should also produce a better rinse & spin.
