This ones seems a bit wierd to me. I was using the grill on the main oven yesterday when I noticed that it had turned itself off. The elctronic timer had gone off as well. On turning on the small oven, the timer came back on and then the main oven worked again for a couple of minutes before the timer went blank again (the ignition for the gas hobs also stopped working). This was repeated a few times last night working for no longer than one minute each time before failing. Turning the small oven on turned the timer / clock back on each time but now even doing that does not switch the timer back on.
I understand that the main ovens power passes through the timer,( not sure why the gas ignition would stop though) is the timer the likely cause of my problem and how much is replacement likely to cost?

Also, teh main grill element on our small oven has packed up. Is this something I could change myself and if so where’e the best place to get spares?

    Many thanks in advance

Sounds like a power supply problem – does the timer need resetting before function is restored?

spares@ukwhitegoods.co, can supply parts if required.

Previously, turning on the small oven strted the timer flashing again. At which point the main oven worked (as well as the gas hob ignition). However within a minute of being on it failed again. Now not even turning the small oven on brings up the timer, although the small oven is working ok.

Could be just a bad connection somewhere. Could be tricky to find though and would suggest expert help.

Belated thanks for this. It was a loose connection on the power connector. Tightening the screw fixed it.
