Having just moved into a new house I have become the owner of the above dishwasher – but without the manual.
It was really really scaled up, so much that I could not see how water could flow through the filter. Having descaled the filter, door seal, salt despenser cap, etc, put some salt in the salt thingie and run a cleaner through the machine it is starting to look hygenic enough to wash dishes.
Since I don’t have the manual I don’t know how much salt to put in, or whether it matters if salt slightly spills down the outside concentric section of the salt thingie.
Having previously had a Bosch d/washer I was supprised to see the salt container full of water, the Bosch has the salt container half-way up the side of the machine, not the bottom, so it does not visibly contain any water.
So, anyway, I put a couple of scoops of salt in the machine and expected what I guessed was the low-salt symbol, a kind of S shapped thing but in two parts, to turn off. It didn’t, so how much salt should I put in?
Actually, my real qiestion is, can I get hold of a manual, a copy thereof, or a PDF, or a rough guide…?
Thanks.
