The refrigerator door was not shutting positively and I expected the door seal magnetism had decayed over time. Removed outer unit panel and fitted new door seal. Slightly more positive seal but not a lot of difference.
No apparent slack in hinges but before replacing them I would be interested to know if there is a spring in the hinges to assist closure? The hinges are on many other Neff and Bosch models.
If not I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on the lack of positive closure.
