Hi. I’ve just bought a 3 way diverter valve from this site as the lower spray arm on my DFN28J 20X is stationary and fault codes Hft 03 and 05 indicate a faulty 3 way valve. My question is, can I do the entire replacement from the bottom of the machine or do I need to dismantle anything from inside? Any guide on replacement of this part appreciated.

True, but us diy’ers often have to resort to the process of elimination. If the valve doesn’t fix it then I’ll need to move to the next thing. It normally works out cheaper than getting someone in and can be very satisfying?

whils i can see your point you can still make a mess of things if you dont do simple checks first and end up buying needless components

i would check wiring harness first at the bottom of the door

That’s a good point. I’ll take a look at that first.
    Thanks Dave.
